  • A leading pharmaceutical corporation encountered considerable challenge in identification of candidate drug targets for a cutting-edge drug modality, necessitating the deployment of an innovative strategy to effectively harness their proprietary technology platform.
  • We collaborated with the client to address this challenge by leveraging our advanced AI platform to accelerate target discovery aimed at preserving, restoring, and modulating thymic function to maintain immune tolerance.

Approach & Solution

  • Our multidisciplinary team, comprising esteemed scientists, molecular biologists, data scientists and pharmacologists, devised a custom workflow utilizing the capabilities of our proprietary AI platform RxAgentAi.
  • The strategy employed an AI-driven approach to identify novel candidate targets for preserving, restoring, and modulating thymic function, followed by rigorous manual validation. This integrated methodology leveraged domain expertise to enhance therapeutic relevance and significantly broaden the landscape of therapeutic opportunities.
  • Utilizing our AI platforms along with an internal extensive database, we deployed advanced methodologies such as LLMs to meticulously search through various public scientific literature databases including PubMed, Open Targets, Propedia, among others.
  • Our scientifically substantiated frameworks, which incorporate evidence-based metrics within our AI platforms, aided in the prioritization of high-value therapeutics.

Outcome & Impact

This strategy culminated in the successful identification of numerous promising therapeutic candidates to modulate the thymic function. Consequently, the project not only fulfilled but surpassed the client’s expectations, expedited drug discovery by streamlining the identification process, reduced time-to-discovery, and enhanced therapeutic innovation.
